Hydraulic heavy-duty discharge system for moist and difficult-to-flow biomass

The hydraulic moving floor is designed for the controlled discharge of biomass from receiving bunkers and storage containers. Three parallel operating draw units are hydraulically actuated via differential cylinders and enable discharge even with high material moisture and difficult-to-flow bulk materials.

Technical key data

  • Discharge capacity: approx. 5–10 t/h
  • Material moisture: up to 70 %
  • Drive: hydraulic
  • Drive power: 30 kW
  • Hydraulic system: 3 differential cylinders
  • Cylinder diameter: approx. 160 mm
  • Stroke: 800 mm
  • Max. pressure load: 200 bar
  • Dimensions: L 12,400 × W 4,850 × H 1,000 mm

Design features

  • Heavy-duty moving floor system for large-volume bunkers
  • three hydraulically actuated draw units
  • suitable for moist and poor-flowing biomass
  • uniform material discharge across the bunker width
  • designed for biomass, recycling, and bulk material applications

Technical Deliverables

• Technical overview and assembly drawing, reference 1001494
• Documented technical product data from the Engineering IP Master
• Product-related license and usage documentation
• Further CAD/STEP data, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, or native design data only to the extent explicitly agreed upon in the specific scope of the license
